Club Rules and Guidelines.

By joining and participating on Eagle Club Golf Association website, you agree to adhere to the terms and conditions of use. The terms and conditions govern the use of ECGA and the contents posted on this site. The contents may not include:

Excessive profanity
Violence, racial intolerance, or advocate against any individual, group, or organization
Hacking/cracking content
Illicit drugs and drug paraphernalia
Pornography, adult, or mature content
Any other content that promotes illegal activity or infringes on the legal rights of others

Club Guidelines

Be courteous to anyone and everyone…especially your fellow club members.
If you start a match with a member, you should finish it no matter how poorly you are playing.
Rude or vulgar comments in the forum or shoutbox will not be tolerated.
If you have a challenge or complaint with anything related to the club, whether it be tournaments or members etc., please message the owner or any of the moderators personally so that we may handle it like ladies and gentlemen. We want active members who are here because they want to participate with like minded individuals in an online community.
Therefore we expect you to know and abide by these rules and to participate in club activities from time to time.

Roster Management:

Members will be removed immediately from ECGA if they fall under the following criteria:

Haven’t…
1. Posted in the forum for a thirty day period (for new members on probation).
2. Been active on our club website and played a ranked game on WGT in 3 months.
(Club members may be given an exemption for a leave of absence if they contact one of the moderators)

Reinstatement:

If a fellow club member feels he or she was improperly removed from the club or after taking a break from the game decide to be more active again they may be reinstated at the owner’s discretion.
